IF YOU ARE A DISCHARGED SOLDIER (Category A or B1)
RE-ENLIST NOW
for a further LIMITED PERIOD and see other parts of the world under peace conditions. If after that you wish, as you probably will, to make
the Army your profession for life it is likely you will be able to do so with advantages to yourself.
Periods of Service are for 2, 3, or 4 Years with the Colours.
No Reserve Services.
Age 18 to 37 Years.
MARRIED MEN MAY BE ACCEPTED.
SELECTION OF ARM OR BRANCH OF THE SERVICE.
Men may select any Corps which is open for recruiting, provided they have previously served in that arm or branch of the Service.
CONDITIONS TO BE FULFILLED.

branch selected (in the case of a Special Reservist, or a man of the Territorial Force, such service must have been mobilized or embodied
service), and be medically fit.
PAY AND WAR BONUS.
Pay will be drawn at the rates and under the conditions now in force for the arm or branch of the Service in which a man re-enlists.
In addition to his Army Pay, each man will receive a minimum of 10/6 a week WAR BONUS for as long as this grant is continued to men serving
in the ARMIES OF OCCUPATION.
ALLOWANCES.
Separation Allowance will be paid to wives of married men who are accepted as such on re-enlistment, and to the dependants of any men for
whom Dependents' Allowance has been issued on a former engagement.
Special grants and allowances not drawn from Army funds will not be continued.
Men who marry after re-enlistment will receive no allowance or other privileges allowed to married men until such time as they may be
selected by their Commanding Officers to fill a vacancy in the married establishment.
THINGS TO THINK ABOUT.
1. Whether it is not better to serve your Country without having to worry about your rent, your food, your clothes, and all the other
things you get for nothing in the Army instead of the possibility of finding yourself at a loose end in civil life.
2. Every man, even the lowest rank, should at present be able to put 21s. a week in his pocket. Can you do this in civil life at the end of
the week after you have paid all the expenses of living?
3. Whether you will not miss the Army life and companionship you found there.
This offer is now open but won't remain open indefinitely.
Ex-soldiers wishing to re-enlist under the above conditions should apply without delay to :-
The C.R.S.O., Great Scotland Yard, Whitehall, London, S.W. 1.
or to [blank]
from whom any further particulars may be obtained, and who will be glad to carry out the re-enlistment.
