Flight Lieutenant Pujji photographed during his time as a patient at the Lady Linlithgow Sanatorium, Kasauli. Pujji had fallen seriously ill with tuberculosis while working as a member of the Services Selection Board at Dehra Dun. He was declared medically unfit and invalided out of the Indian Air Force in 1947.
