Linear oblique aerial mosaic consisting of nine black and white 5 x 5 inch prints mounted on the reverse of a section of Admiralty chart, showing the coastline of Normandy at Port-en-Bessin waterfront and harbour, with the beach and chalk cliffs to the west of the harbour wall, c.1944. The chart is annotated with grid references and target information written by the Captain of HMS MELBREAK, Lieutenant Commander G J Kirkby.

Nine black and white prints numbered 0004 - 0012 mounted on discoloured cream card (on the reverse side of a map) to form a low level aerial oblique mosaic. Hand annotated in pencil and red pencil.
