Summary: View across a harbour, with a line of floats marking a boom stretching across the bay. A tug comes into view, moored behind the boom. Repeated shot of the tug and the line of floats heading across the water to the other side of the bay and a line of hills (Scapa Flow)? Cut to an ms pan of a sailor standing on deck near a 20mm Oerlikon Gun. Pan continue's to view the rest of the harbour and the cameraship. Pan of the harbour. Cut to ms of a full harbour in the bg with a barrage baloon floating above. Cut to view down on a dock and the tug. Ms shot behind a Naval commander, standing at the bow of the cameraship. Camera pans around to show the stern view of the tug, NEPTUNE 50 THAMPTON and the harbour. Ms pan of sailor standing in front of two sets of cannons. Pan continues, revealing other RN sailors standing by the side of the ship and the harbour and dock facilities in the distance. Cut to view of the back of the Naval commander standing at the bow. View down of the turbulence of the water as the ship makes way.
