Food is cooked in large lidded containers. Interview with Colour Sergeant Stockton, describing the conditions at the camp and the procedures for food hygiene and the experience of working with the many local men who have been hired to in the kitchens. The locals at work, washing pans and baking trays, filling water drums. Marine chefs prepare food; emphasis on constant handwashing.
