I. Footage of activities and much equipment from in and around the camp, where Royal Marine Commandos are joined by Marines from the United States Marine Corps (USMC), the Netherlands, Greece and Spain. A briefing between senior officers from the Royal Marines and the USMC: footage from the Netherlands Marines camp. A briefing on the larger objectives from the exercise to a large group of officers from all nations present. The troops move out of camp en route to their exercise.

II. Troop and equipment movements during the exercise: a Royal Marines Officer demonstrates the Shorts Missile Systems surface to air missile "Starburst" to his USMC counterparts. Interview with a Royal Marines Lieutenant (forename of Jason) on memories his initial training course at Commando Training Centre Royal Marines (CTCRM) at Lympstone in Devon as well as his career so far. NATO marines land by helicopter en masse. clips of marines from all nations embarking and disembarking from helicopters during the exercise, including several re-takes.
