(Tape One) Interview with Wing Commander Wilby, who describes the aim of Ample Gain: to allow personnel of different air forces the opportunity of servicing aircraft used by other air forces. Close shots of Jaguar on tarmac. Disarming an aircraft using special bomb trolley with lifting unit. Interview with bomb loader "Stuart". US Macdonnel Douglas Phantom aircraft is bombed up.
