1 June. Churchill alights from the York four-engine transport plane and is met by General Anderson. He walks away from the plane and towards the camera where he stops and smiles into the camera and gives the "V" sign. He drives away through a crowd of troops.

2 June. Churchill's car escorted by British military police on motorcycles going over the rebuilt bridge over the River Medjerda.
