Members of the Royal Marines advance at night into hostile territory in Iraq.
Brief daylight shot shows Commandos with two Iraqis who are gutting fish. Main sequence shows WMIK Land Rovers and armour of the Royal Marines advancing at night, shot with CWS night sight (image intensifier). WMIKs fire their guns. Further firing in distance. Line of WMIKs fire again - flare and tracer rounds can be seen (enemy is not visible). Scenes in the early morning (shot with natural light): WMIKs patrol through outskirts of town (Abu al-Khasib ?).

Scenes in Abu al-Khasib, 30 March. Members of 40 Commando Brigade Patrol Troop on the streets and alleyways in WMIKs - guns can be heard firing in the distance. WMIK Land Rovers patrol the streets. Grateful Iraqis thank the Marines and discuss the recent attacks with them.
