Full description
Boats are towed towards starting point. Race at start and in progress. "Chucking Up" parties following race. Race nears finish. HMS Vanguard in background. 4th Destroyer Squadron "chucking up" party. CPO's crew from HMS Jamaica. First Lord of the Admiralty arrives in Vanguard, and watches regatta with C-in-C Home Fleet from Vanguard. Finish of the "All Comers" race. HMS Jamaica in background. (Missiles thrown are potatoes). C-in-C's barge amongst the boats. First Lord and C-in-C come alongside Vanguard. C-in-C's staff crew. First Lord presents trophies and prizes. "Cock" presented to Captain R G Mills. First Lord addresses ship's company; he is waylaid by winning ship's company. First Lord and C-in-C leave.
