The Prince's cutter comes alongside the flagship HMS Queen Elizabeth and he comes up the gangplank and onto the quarterdeck. The Prince is wearing admiral's uniform. He exchanges salutes with Admiral Sir David Beatty, who is waiting for him.
The Lord Mayor's coach leads the procession. Airship R23 flies overhead. Women munitions workers can be seen as part of the parade, followed by a Whippet tank, the US Army contingent, and members of the Women's Land Army. One of the floats shows disabled servicemen at work. The Lord Mayor's coach arrives at the Law Courts, and he gets out.
