Slovak President Tiso with Minister President Tuka and Sano Mach (not seen) emerge from Berghof with Hitler after talks conducted in the spirit of friendship which has always existed between these countries.

(Reel 2) VII. Hitler attends Bayreuth Festival. Banners in the streets of Bayreuth give thanks to the conquering Führer, at whose special request the Wagner Festival is taking place. Invited audience of soldiers and workers gives ecstatic welcome to Hitler, whose motorcade proceeds towards the Festspielhaus to the sound of the Meistersinger Overture. Wagner's daughter-in-law Winifred, with Deutsche Arbeitsfront leader Ley, greets Hitler, who then shakes hands with young Wieland and his sister Verena in nurse's uniform, before acknowledging the audience's adulation from the outside balcony.

VIII. German repair of railways in Norway. German railway workers, in conjunction with the Deutsche Arbeitsfront, restore communications in the occupied territories of Europe. Line and high bridge at Mosjöen in Northern Norway is completed and inaugurated in presence of German Commander-in-Chief in Norway Generaloberst von Falkenhorst. Bridge is one of sixty constructed in Norway alone.

Civilians include an African woman and many children.
