Opening titles "'The 'Power' Motor Torpedo boat. Designed by Hubert Scott-Paine and constructed by the British Power Boats co ltd., Hythe Southampton. England. The 'Power' motor torpedo boat is the only standard motor torpedo boat at present in service with the British Royal Navy".
