I. 'ENGLAND- THE CIRCUS COMES TO WINDSOR.' Panoramic footage shows the River Thames and Windsor Castle. Members of a British Army brass band march through the site of a Windsor circus. Children buy tickets at a booth. A small boy attempts to avoid purchasing a circus ticket by burrowing under tarpaulin at the back of the "Big Top". He is later caught by a member of circus staff. footage taken inside the main tented circus arena shows brief glimpses of the circus acts which include performing horses, wire walking, trapeze acts, performing elephants and a lion tamer.

II. 'THUS WAR MEDALS ARE MADE.' Brief footage shows the exterior elevations of the Royal Mint. Interior footage shows male and female factory workers manufacturing the Africa Star campaign medal with views of the smelting, cutting and stamping processes following. A completed Africa Star campaign medal is shown pinned to the battledress of an unidentified British soldier.

III. 'CANADA- WELCOME TO FIELD MARSHAL ALEXANDER.' Field Marshal Harold R L G Alexander (in morning dress) arrives at the Canadian Parliament building in Ottawa to take up the position of Governor-General. The Field Marshal and Lady Alexander are greeted by Canadian Prime Minister W L McKenzie King on the steps of the Parliament building. Alexander inspects a Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) guard of honour. Alexander enters the Ottawa parliament building to be sworn in as the seventeenth Governor-General of Canada. Waiting crowds cheer as Alexander appears from the interior of Parliament. The RCAF guard of honour present arms (Lee-Enfield No.IV .303-inch rifles). Governor-General Alexander and family (Lady Alexander, sons Brian and Shane and daughter Rose) pose in the gardens of Government House.

IV. 'GERMANY- LOOTED TREASURE RECOVERED.' Footage taken in the interior of an art store (Wiesbaden ?) shows art treasures "acquired" by the Nazis from across Europe. V. 'AUSTRALIA- A SONG OF THE SEA.' A item showing glimpses of life on board a "Windjammer". The sailing ship Lawhill is shown at anchor in Hobart, Tasmania. The international (Australian, South African and Swedish) crew of the Lawhill unfurl sails and climb the rigging. Once underway, Captain Sutherland uses a sextant on the bridge of the Lawhill.

VI. 'EGYPT- KING FAROUK'S ACCESSION ANNIVERSARY.' An item covering the celebrations marking the tenth anniversary of King Farouk's accession to the throne of Egypt. Religious dignitaries, members of the Egyptian Parliament and British Ambassador Sir Ronald Campbell pose for photographs as a band of the Egyptian Army plays. Brief footage show King Farouk seated in a chair.
