Titling: "Section V. The Attacks." This film is a complete section of a film giving a "film briefing" for an attack on the oil refinery at Pitesti in Rumania (Romania), 4 hours 40 minutes flying time from Benghazi.

Bomb aimers are told not to aim at the storage tanks and tank cars which will only create a smokescreen but to put the refinery itself out of action. Detailed directions for the red target attack then follow, with maps and reconnaissance photos showing Pitesti's position in a valley, and closer views detailing the vital installations (boilerhouse, powerhouse, distillation plant) within the target area circle. Briefing ends with slow and fast run-ups to the target area, using model planes over a reconnaissance photograph. The commentary is spoken by an American.
