Full description
Two young Soviet Air Force pilots leave an airfield and make their way separately to a house in a city. Season is summer. They meet on the landing outside a flat where they are greeted by a girl and her mother. A telephone call from her boss cuts short the girl in her chatter and she rushes off. The pilots look at the architect's model which the girl has been working on and say something to her sister (?) before departing. Scene changes back to an airfield where two other young pilots in flying gear are seated on the grass chatting. Other pilots run to lined-up Polikarpov I-16s, start the engines, take off and perform aerobatics. An I-16 taxies to a standstill and the pilot climbs out.
