I. "Funeral of David Lloyd-George." Views of the school and cobbler's shop in the village of Llanystumdwy where Lloyd-George spent his childhood precede coverage of his funeral and burial in a wood on the bank beside the River Dwyfor. Frances the Dowager Countess, Major Gwilym Lloyd-George, Lady Megan and Lady Olwen Lloyd-George as well as many local people follow the farmcart containing the coffin along a narrow lane to the grave. The simple service concludes with the singing of an old Welsh hymn.
