A collection of papers relating to her work with the St John's Ambulance Brigade helping with the repatriation of prisoners of war (1945), including: a ts report (5pp) of the 'Repatriation of Prisoners of War - February 1945' in SS ARUNDEL CASTLE with details of the British Welfare Personnel involved, including British Red Cross and StJAB, the German PoWs being taken from Liverpool to Marseilles, and then by train to Geneva, and then the British repatriates' journey back to the UK in ARUNDEL CASTLE, with praise for all the agencies involved; two programmes of concerts and events in SS ARUNDEL CASTLE (January and February 1945); a pamphlet given to all returning prisoners of war (5pp) giving details of arrangements for their repatriation (January 1945); a ts report (10pp) of PWX Transit Camps (22 April - 4 June 1945) giving a diary style report of the workings of PWX Personnel and their journey to Belgium to help repatriated Allied PoWs, with Miller in Namur, Belgium, how the former prisoners were treated, moving to Holland and Germany in May, staying with 81st and 74th British General Hospitals, and details of the comforts provided for PoWs, Miller visiting Camp 1, Belsen (May 1945), and details of the displaced persons encountered; an order of service for a Thanksgiving for Victory (4pp, May 1945); a carbon copy of a report by Miss Miller to Lady Mountbatten (5pp) entitled 'Report of Work in Siam and Malaya' (September - November 1945), with details of her time at Nakorn (sic) Paton Camp with Mrs Beatrice Girourard, treatment of the sick, trips to Kambury (sic) and Tamuang Camps, time in Bankok, establishing a hospital at Bahau (October 1945), then moving to Kuala Lumpur (November 1945), together with copies of memos (2pp) about Lady Mountbatten, Miller and Girouard's visit to Bankok and camps in the area (October 1945); a copy of a report by Mrs Girouard to Lady Mountbatten (3pp, November 1945) entitled 'Report on Welfare and Civilian Relief Work in Thailand and Malaya from 11th September until 5th November 1945', with details of the trip to Nakom Paton Camp, Kanburi Camp and Tamuang Camp, Bankok, Seremban and others, seeing improvised medical facilities, having to take over Dutch patients, and praising the help they received; a copy of SHAEF newspaper for supreme headquarters announcing the German surrender (No 25, 8 May 1945, 4pp in English, Polish, French and German); two editions of 'Second Army Troops News' (No 337, 14 May 1945, and No 347, 24 May 1945); an edition of SEAC, Singapore edition (No 4, 12 September 1945); and part two of 'SEAC Souvenir' (1945).
