Ts memoir (201pp) written post 1945 primarily recounting his personal experiences, impressions and opinions between 1914 and 1946 while serving first as a 2nd Lieutenant with the 1st Battalion Gordon Highlanders (8th Brigade, 3rd Division then 76th Brigade, 3rd Division) in the First World War and then as an Army Chaplain with the Gordon Highlanders (9th Division) in India and Burma in the Second World War; including primarily personal experiences with some views on the fighting at the Dardanelles and Arras and later in India and Burma.
