Photocopies (23pp) of his log recording his service (21 out of his 32 operations) while flying in Lancasters across Occupied Europe as a rear gunner with No 467 Squadron Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) (No 5 Group, Bomber Command), October 1944 - April 1945, giving details of targets which were bombed, commenting on the opposition from flak and night fighters which was encountered, the conditions, the success of the bombing, his air crew being threatened with being sent to Sheffield for lacking moral fibre as a result of bombing the wrong target (October 1944), flying over Sweden and ignoring her neutrality (December 1944 and February 1945), aircraft being destroyed by bombs dropped from above (February 1945), providing air support for the army at Wesel (March 1945), and expressing his personal feelings especially on bombing civilians (January 1945). Also included are his ts Record of Service, April 1941 - November 1947 (2pp) and two of his ts poems (1p).
