2 scrap books (A-4 size) compiled by him while employed as an office boy on the Yorkshire Evening Post in London, November 1944 - May 1945, containing a variety of British press cuttings giving speculative, factual and illustrative data about the V-1 and V-2, the casualties and damage caused by raids, press maps of where they landed around London and revealing the limited knowledge available when the raids on Great Britain began, and the amount of information about the weapons and their effects that was given to the public through the press, as well as documenting operations against them and their launch sites and also containing the original teletext message (nd) announcing that Germany had revealed the existence and extent of V-2 operations.
