Ts account (4pp) of his experiences after baling out over Germany in late August 1943, covering his capture near Monchengladbach imprisonment in Dulagluft near Frankfurt and from September 1943, Stalag VIIIC (Sagan) and Stalag VIIIB (344, Lamsdorf) until his transfer, because of a mental breakdown brought on by guilt feelings over RAF bombing strategy, to a hospital in Poland and eventual repatriation in January 1945 to Britain via Switzerland, also his call-up papers, 1940 -1941 (including certificate of postponement), his Airman's Service and Pay Book, various British and South African military passes, papers relating to his repatriation and being invalided out of the RAF in July 1945, correspondence dated 1945 - 1946 from the Ministry of Education concerning architectural training, log books, poems and various papers relating to post-war reunions for RAF ex POWs.
