13 sub-files of correspondence with individual members of staff within the Ministry of Works. Consists of:
1) Mr FJ Root: Correspondence with Mr FJ Root regarding storage of war films, theft from Acton film store, preparation of annual estimates.
2) Mr WA Procter: Correspondence with Mr WA Procter regarding public access through Geraldine Mary Harmsworth Park, reconstruction after war, provision of space for wartime photographic libraries, storage Museum material in country houses.
3) Mr KP Leary: Correspondence with Mr KP Leary regarding preparation of annual estimates, film storage, possible provision of a cinema, night watchmen, security.
4) GJ Jordan: Correspondence with GJ Jordan regarding annual estimates, repair of bomb damage.
5) Mr A Jolly: Correspondence with Mr A Jolly regarding attaching barbed wire to fence surrounding the Museum, film storage.
