3 sub-files relating to the Museum's correspondence with the War Office regarding their exhibitions. Consists of:
1) Correspondence with Major M Quick re exhibition in Selfridges: Correspondence regarding loan of six model tanks to a War Office exhibition held in Selfridges and later transferred to Manchester.
2) Army Equipment Exhibition: Correspondence with War Office regarding suggestions for army equipment to place on exhibition, also regarding exhibition on army equipment organised by the war office on Oxford Street.
3) Exhibit entitled 'Specialised Armoured Equipment in the NW European Campaign': Correspondence with thw War Office regarding the removal and maintenance of a model exhibit relating to the 79th Division, the donation to the Museum of photographs of specialised armour, request for models of armour for the Museum, permanent loan of models or armoured equipment to the Museum, damage to Museum gates by truck belonging to 79th Division, possibility of placing Armoured Division exhibit in the Museum.
