• Serving military personnel in uniform are admitted free but must book in advance.
• Adult Groups wishing to book any activity, tour or session must book in advance.
• Call the Department for Learning on 01223 499 341 to make a booking. 
• Confirm the arrangements by completing our Booking Form.
• Travel arrangements can be made after you have made your telephone booking.
• We will send you your ticket/invoice and map no later than two weeks prior to your visit.

• Admission prices apply:
• Children (under 16) FREE.
• School, college and Youth Group Leaders within supervision ratios (one adult to ten children) FREE.
• Pre-booked serving military personnel in uniform FREE.
• Additional adults with school groups will be charged at the group rate of £13.20
• Additional adults with youth groups will be charged at the adult rate of £17.50
• Adult Group Leaders (one per group) FREE.
• Group Rate Adult (more than ten people) £13.20
• Group Rate Senior/Student (more than ten people) £11.55
  £65 per group (maximum 36 children) for a 60-minute session.
  £95 per group (maximum 36 children) for a 90 minute session and Special Days.

For groups aged 16 and over if your group’s admission fees total more than the cost of your teaching session, then the cost of your session will be waived.

• All costs include VAT.
• Payment must be made on arrival. Payment can be made by cash, credit/debit card or cheques made payable to ‘Imperial War Museums’. We do not accept American Express.
• Separate charges apply for air shows and other events.

• Cancellations must be made in writing to dux-edu@iwm.org.uk
• Bookings cancelled more than four weeks (28 days) prior to the visit date will not be charged an administration fee.
• Bookings cancelled between four and two weeks (27 days to 14 days) prior to visit will be charged a 50 per cent administration fee.
• Bookings cancelled within two weeks of the visit will be charged a 100 per cent administration fee.
• For multiple bookings over several days, the cancellation period will apply from the first visit date.
