Adult, mixed-age, HE and professional groups
- All groups of more than 15 people must book in advance using the visit request form
- Groups pay on arrival – see Current Charges
- Check the options you require are available on the date you wish to visit and are suitable for your group
- If you would like to bring groups on more than one day please tell us how many groups, the numbers of people per day and your preferred dates on the form
- All enquiries and visit requests are dealt with in the order in which they are received
- Add hmsb-groups@iwm.org.uk to your 'safe senders' list to ensure your confirmation letter reaches you
- Please do not make any travel arrangements until you have received a confirmation letter from us
- For any changes to a request or confirmed booking, or general enquiries not answered on our website please email hmsb-groups@iwm.org.uk
- Cancellations must be emailed to lrcancellations@iwm.org.uk - for policy and charges see Cancellations

- Our learning offer is revised on a regular basis so are only able to offer bookings one term in advance
- Check the options you require are available on the date you wish to visit and are suitable for the age of your students
- Due to the volume of enquiries we are not able to check availability or make provisional bookings
- we are not able to take bookings or to respond to queries by phone or fax
- If you would like to bring groups on more than one day please tell us how many groups, the numbers of students per day and your preferred dates on the form

Children (under 16) FREE
School, college and youth group leaders within supervision ratios (one adult to ten children) FREE
Additional adults will be charged at the Group Rate:

Learning sessions and workshops
£65 per group (maximum 30 people) for a 60-minute session
£95 per group (maximum 30 people) for a 60-120-minute session
All costs include VAT
Payment must be made on arrival in a single transaction
Price includes an audio guide subject to availability
Cancellation policy
- Cancellations must be made in writing to lrcancellations@iwm.org.uk
- Bookings cancelled within two working days of the Visit Confirmation letter being issued or more than four weeks (28 days) prior to the visit date will not be charged an administration fee
- Bookings cancelled between four and two weeks (27 days to 14 days) prior to visit will be charged a 50 per cent administration fee
- Bookings cancelled within two weeks of the visit will be charged a 100 per cent administration fee
- For multiple bookings over several days, the cancellation period will apply from the first visit date
