• Cancellations must be made in writing to lrcancellations@iwm.org.uk
• Bookings cancelled within two working days of the Visit Confirmation letter being issued or more than four weeks (28 days) prior to the visit date will not be charged an administration fee
• Bookings cancelled between four and two weeks (27 days to 14 days) prior to visit will be charged a 50 per cent administration fee
• Bookings cancelled within two weeks of the visit will be charged a 100 per cent administration fee
• For multiple bookings over several days, the cancellation period will apply from the first visit date
