Complete the application form and equal opportunities form and email both to recruit@iwm.org.uk for London-based positions, email to recruitduxford@iwm.org.uk for Duxford-based positions and e-mail to recruitmanchester@iwm.org.uk for Manchester-based positions, placing the job title and job location in the subject line of your email.

In the personal statement section of your application form:

  • You should outline the particular contribution you would hope to make to the Museum and the department, making reference to your knowledge, skills and past achievements related to the job description.
  • In addition, you should describe how you meet each competency statement detailed in the relevant person specification. Please limit each statement to 150 words.

On receipt of your application, the Museum will dispatch an acknowledgement email. If you have not received an invitation to interview three weeks after the closing date stated, then you should assume that you have not been successful on this occasion.
