The following Personal Stories are drawn from the Museum’s extensive collections.  Photographs, objects, documents and recorded interviews have all been used to reconstruct and illustrate the experiences of 21 participants.  The stories provide a personal dimension through which the Battle and its impact on people’s lives can be more clearly understood.
