- Description
- Elaborated Nowy headed plaque on a polished wooden backboard. At the top centre a school badge, flanked by scrolls, within laurel wreaths above a further scroll bearing the inscription "1914 Pro Patria Mortui 1918". The Plaque has a rope design border and the top inscription is in relief as are the inscribed names, the latter arranged in three columns.
