- Scroll type headstone stand on two stepped base and concrete foundation
- Inscription
- Due to the loss of the lead lettering and growth of litchen , this stone is nearly impossible to read, with the aid of an earlier transcription it is thought it reads as follows: In Loving Memory Of / Our Dear Mother / Lavinia Twidale / Died Feb 24 1916. Age 67 / Line Unreadable / And / Corporal James Booth / Son – In - Law. / Killed In Action Dec. 30th, 1917 / Interred At Ribecourt Road / British Cemetery, France M[unreadable] / Also Of Pattie / Beloved Wife Of The Above / Died 6th May 1936. Aged 52 Years / At Rest.
