- Wall mounted, portrait oriented, engraved brass names plaque, above which, an integral semi-circular incised tablet, all set on a wooden backboard. Tablet inscription is infilled with black paint. Attached to the lower rail of the frame is an extra linear engraved brass plaque with one name.
