- Two rectangular brass plaques flanked one each side by a black arched metal plaque. The black plaques have inscription in white lettering whilst the brass plaques have an incised inscription bordered by a foliate design.

- Black plaque left: X in memory of X/ (Names) Top brass plaque: TO THE GLORY OF GOD/ AND IN MEMORY OF/ (Names)/ WHO WERE CONNECTED WITH THIS CHURCH AND BROTHERHOOD/ AND GAVE THEIR LIVES IN THE GREAT WAR 1914 - 1919/ "Greater love hath no man than this,/ that a man lay down his life for his friends." Lower brass plaque: 1939 - 1945/ FAITHFUL UNTO DEATH/ (Names)/ "They shall not grow old as we that are left grow old,/ Age shall not weary them nor the years condemn/ At the going down of the sun, and in the morning, we will remember them."
