Description
Rectangular, tapered plinth, set on a rectangular shorter plinth with rounded edges, set on a base. The upper plinth bears an engraved names list in black and an engraved coat of arms on top. Names list is set in a engraved frame with a four-centred arch. Lower plinth is decorated with inscription and a crossed flag and sword.
