- A section of a the original memorial, a more extensive range of oak panels - being the three panels bearing the carved names. They were removed from the successor United Reformed Church on its closure in 2013, and adapted to fit into a convenient space below the WW2 plaque in the Children's Chapel in the Parish Church of St Mary the Virgin. The only inscription is that carved above the names of those who fell.

- Beside the plaque is a hand-written sign: In/ honoured memory/ of/ those named here of/ Leigh United/ Reformed Church/ 1914-1918. On the centre panel of the plaque: These made the/ supreme sacrifice/ Names (Names) on each of these panels.
