Description
Manuscript Scroll, illuminated initial lettering at top. Coloured Celtic border, with the royal arms on the top and the shields of the colonies on the sides. A naval picture forms the base scroll. Small Maltese crosses at top and bottom. This is all packaged within a dark brown wooden frame and is protected by glass.
