Description
Oak set back in a border. At centre top is a raised cross with the dates “1914” and “1918” on either side, all raised to stand proud and gilded. Names are listed in four columns with the dedication below. All lettering is in gilded Roman capitals. It covers the communities of Hamsterley, Westwood, Milkwell Burn and Blackhall Mill
