- 2 identical pieces of card, on pre-produced forms by SPCK, with the 4 scriptural shields around-the helmet of salvation, the shield of faith, the sword of the spirit & the breastplate of righteousness. The first sheet is mainly alphabetical, and is the original one, produced in 1915. The second is a supplemental sheet for 1916-1918 with names added as they enlisted.
