- Description
- A large rectangular marble tablet mounted on the wall supported by the two small rectangular stone stands. The inscription depicts the year of the war and casualties. The heading is in Gothic caps and lower case and names are in two rows with Latin caps . Lettering carved in black. A small rectangular white marble tablet leaning against the wall below. The heading is in old style Grotesque caps and the first line is arched between the dates 1914 and 1919 and the names are in two rows with sans serif caps. Lettering carved in black. Also another WW1 tablet for "Men of this Parish" - WMR #70242 Some names with same surname are linked with brackets but not all so possibly indicates same family.
