Glazed and framed roll of honour with the allied flags at the top and a floral design for the border with the names in two columns.

Inscription

Malham wesleyan/ roll of honour/ for kingand country/ war declared 4 august 1914/ peace signed 28 june 1919/ (Names)/ praise god/ all the above returned home safely after the Great War.
