- Rectangular wooden board in three panels; painted laurel wreath at the head of each panel with latin commemoration on a scroll passing across all three panels and further latin phrase across the foot. Names in two columns in each of the three panels. Inscription in upright decorative capital lettering, the commemoration in red, the names in brown.
