Description
A five stepped base surmounted by a pedestal with a figure of victory holding upright a large cross in the left hand and a laurel wreath in the right hand. There are scattered implements of war at the foot of the cross. The inscription is in black lettering on the 6 o'clock, and 3 o'clock face of the pedestal.
