- An assemblage of about a dozen rough hewn grey limestone blocks set in a paved area surrounded by railings, a wall and a hedge. Inscription incised in upright capital roman lettering on the dressed faces of four of the blocks.

- 6 October 2009: Memorial listed Grade II, Heritage List for England number 1393463. 1986: Lettering retouched, wall rebuilt and trees and shrubs planted to replace ones which had become overgrown and untidy. 1945: WW2 inscription added.
