- Aberdeen Press and Journal - Saturday 07 October 1950 Casualty List Quite a number of the 40 Argylls in this casualty list have "(K.O.S.B.)" after their name. It seems the A&SH had some KOSB soldiers attached to the A&SH as reported in Casualty List. So KOSB was almost certainly his home regiment but he was attached to the A&SH. "Forty Argylls Named in Casualty List EIGHT Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders killed in the fighting in Korea are named in casualty list No. 4 issued by the War Office last night. Thirty-two Argylls (including attached men) are shown as wounded, and two as missing. The period covered is from September 29 to October 5. " "MISSING 14189817 L/Cpl. A. Fielding, 22316464 Pte. A. Annan (K.0.S.B.)."
