- Description
- A decorative wrought iron gate supported by two stone gate pillars. Dedicatory inscription is in relief in black lettering on the front face of the gate pillars. There are wrought iron railings on the opposing sides of the pillars. The gate acts as the entrance to the course.

- In 1956 the gate was moved a little to the south of its original site as sand tended to build up, making it difficult to open the gate. The gate had since been moved again and now stands at the entrance to the course at the first tee.
