Wall mounted, landscape oriented, nowy-headed brass plaque with a gold coloured metallic surround. Raised regimental badge at top centre and raised inscription.

Badge: THE DEVONSHIRE REGIMENT / SEMPER FIDELIS // Main inscription: TO THE MEMORY OF / CHARLES MAUNOIR SUMNER / LATE COLONEL 2ND.. SOUTH LANCASHIRE REGT. ~ THE JERSEY MILITIA / AND WHO RAISED AND COMMANDED THE 2/6TH.. DEVONSHIRE REGT / FROM SEPTEMBER 1914 TILL THE BATTLE OF LIFE WAS OVER 30TH.. JUNE 1916. / THIS TABLET IS ERECTED BY HIS BROTHER OFFICERS / N.C.Os. AND MEN OF THE 2/6TH.. DEVONSHIRE REGT.
