- A rectangular oak board within a carved frame with palm fronds at each side and oak leaves at the bottom and roses in roundels at each corner; an open pediment at the head has egg and dart carving, contains a coat of arms within a roundel and is surmounted by a White Ensign and a Union Flag. Inscription painted in upright capital gilded lettering. A wood and perspex protective case.
