RECTANGULAR BRASS PLAQUE SET WITHIN AN ORNATELY CARVED MARBLE FRAME. INSCRIPTION IN BLACK, RED AND BLUE COLOURED LETTERING. CARVED PATTERN BORDER ON THE FRAME WITH COLOURED SHIELDS PLACED AT EQUIDISTANT POINTS AROUND THE FRAME. STAFFORDSHIRE KNOT CARVED IN RLEIEF AT THE BOTTOM OF THE FRAME.
