Description
WHITE MARBLE PLAQUE SET WITHIN HEAVILY CARVED LARGE BROWN MARBLE FRAME LAUREL WREATH SET IN MIDDLE PANEL BELOW ROLL OF HONOUR. ON EITHER SIDE OF THE ROLL, CARVED INTO THE MARBLE TO THE LEFT IS A SOLDIER WITH A GUN AND A SPADE BEING GREETED BY A WOMAN WITH TWO SMALL CHILDREN AND ANGELS ABOVE. TO THE RIGHT IS A FULLY DRESSED AND KITTED SOLDIER WITH BOTH HANDS ON HIS GUN, HEAD BOWED. TWO ANGELS HOLD A LAUREL WREATH ABOVE HIS HEAD.
