- PLAIN WHITE MARBLE INSCRIPTION TABLET SET WITHIN A MOULDED MARBLE AND MOSIAC FRAME. WHOLE IS MOUNTED ONTO A BLACK STONE BACKBOARD. INSCRIPTION IN BLACK LETTERING. FOLIATE MOSIAC BORDER ON A GOLD BACKGROUND WITH GOLD MOSAIC CROSS ON A RED AND WHITE MOSAIC BACKGROUND AT EACH CORNER. MOSAIC PRINCE OF WALES FEATHERS ON A BLUE MOSAIC BACKGROUND AT THE TOP CENTRE OF THE FRAME.
