- Wall mounted, portrait oriented, projecting-nowy-headed engraved brass plaque. A dual-line border incorporating a floriated line design, interrupted at each corner and sides by a square enclosing a cross, surrounds the inscription and names. Black text.

- Yorkshire Post and Leeds Intelligencer - Friday 08 October 1920 -INGLETON WAR MEMORIAL. In the presence of a large congregation, a brass tablet, erected to the memory of the 41 men of Ingleton who lost their lives in the war, was unveiled at the Parish Church by Mr. George Walling. Ex-service men attended under the command Major G. T. Mackenzie, M.C. An address was given by the Rev. J. Turner, vicar of Leek, and formerly vicar of Irgleton. A public memorial, consisting of a runic cross, is shortly to be erected in a pro- (sic)
